THE FIRST STATE ANIMAL CENTER AND SPCA

The First State Animal Center and SPCA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit multi-functional service organization that operates from public fundraising and private donations. 

For the hundreds of animals that pass through our doors, the sheltering and care are provided by funds raised by our members through fundraising events, our low-cost program services fees and your urgently needed private donations.

Tuesday—12pm until 6pm

Wednesday—12pm until 6pm

Thursday—12pm until 6pm

Friday— 12pm until 6pm

Saturday—11 am until 4pm

Due to the current health crisis and implemented corona virus restrictions we are limiting our hours of operation to the public in an effort to enforce social distancing. This is a temporary adjustment in an effort to remain open as an essential business protecting and insuring the health and well-being of our workers, your animals and ours.
